International debt collection
In International debt collection services, Svea works with receivables where the debtor is located in a country other than that of the client. Most of these cases involve business-to-business receivables but Svea also manages consumer receivables at the international level. The client uses Svea in his own country, and Svea then contacts the debtor using own resources or uses an agent in the country in which the debtor is resident. An effective relationship is facilitated since all contact with the debtor is carried out in the debtor's language and in line with local laws, regulations and practices. When your debtor is based in another country, Svea can follow up and collect the debt in debtor's country and language.
Debt collection procedure outside the Nordic region is always handled by an agent in our worldwide network. Over the course of the last 20 years, Svea has built up a network of agents that encircles the globe.
